I now have 48, with a couple more coming in the next couple of months. I'd like to cut back to around 15 or 20 of my favorite shavers one of these days.

I am holding steady with around 25. With each new acquisition I try to sell another, that's the deal I have made with myself. I have my regular shavers that I rotate through in addition to a handful of historic (English and French) blades that appeal to me because of their style and history. Two customs also adorn my collection. My oldest blades date from late 1700's, newest is either an ERN Ator or ERN Duocon. It is hard to stop looking though....so many styles and time-periods.

Thanked: 8Im to affraid to count.
But I have 10 that I use, thats shave ready. maybe 10-15 that only need little polish on blade and then honing. And also a whole bunch of razors thats gonna need alot of work if they even are restorable!
I like the old blades and only have one newer razor, the others are all "vintage".
Ah, and then there is another 8 razors at my dads place that might land in my hand this christmas, razors thats been in the family for a long time but not been used in atleast 40-50years. Have 4 of those that im using atm.
I have only used SR for about 6months soo I need to slow down.

If that's the criteria, I'm gonna need to get a shoe warehouse.
