I have met Ron several times. I don't know what is going on. I just want to say that whatever is going on, it is not going to be malice on his part.

I am sorry about this and I do understand your frustration with not hearing back despite many attempts to contact him.
I do not know what is the reason but I have known Ron for many years and I have found him to be honest to a fault and a very generous person. To be clear I am not making an excuse of any sort - this is no good and the honing ad has been removed.
I want to apologize for my own failure in this though.
Your first thread was certainly noted but I failed to follow up and check that it was resolved. I take full responsibility for this and I will make sure to stay on top of it from now on until an acceptable resolution. I don't have a time frame but I want to assure you and anyone reading this thread that many people are working behind the scenes to bring that to fruition. This is what our community has always done - we are here to help each other in any way we can.
I have been very encouraged and appreciate that you have approached this in this same spirit - out of looking out for our members.

My post was not sent with malice in mind, I was both bewildered because of Rons good standing in this community and also frustrated . It’s a shame things like this happen but there has to be a valid reason for not getting this service done but there also is no reson why pms and emails went unanswered on a paid service.
I try my best to do a 1-2 day turnaround but never more than a week total from the time I receive until the buyer gets his razors back
