    To me, it does not look like a standard grind. It looks like it started out as a standard 1/4 hollow, but then the blade was thinned out near the edge, so the edge will shave more like a full hollow. That type of grind requires using more than one diameter grinding wheel. Several artisans are doing something similar these days.
