Wow!, that's a monster, I've honed plenty Iwasaki and Henkotsu Kamisori blades, but never seen a 10/8th before.

I saw a couple of them here in Japan. They are huge! Weight over 100 grams.
Japanese kamisori are measured in "Chogake". Most kamisori have the size 1 Chogake (about 11/16~6/8) while these Henkotsu are size 5 Chogake.
There is a 5 Chogake NOS Henkotsu for sale right now for about US290$ on Mercari:

Thanked: 2I used to have a Henkotsu although in smaller size. It was a harsh shaver no matter what stone or strop I used, so I sold it.
