What stone did you finish it on? Are you into synthetics or Naturals? What naturals do you like to use most? We have all kinds of opinions on what the best edge is, but we also know the best edge is what is best for you.

Chasing that perfect edge can get spendy. I enjoy a 20k GOK as a finishing stone. But when you think about the difference it makes to the price of the stone and how much the stone gets used, its enough to make you wonder. I hear the GOK 20k is about the same as the Shapton 30k. Being from your State I thought you might be an Arkie finishing guy.

Thanked: 0I have some Arkansas stones, just don’t use them on my razors. No particular reason, I just enjoy using the water stones.
