I concur with 1810-1820, but more on the 1820 side. That's the period for pressed horn and also that shape for the tang. It's all but disappeared by 1830.
Could you provide a picture of the grind ? Because judging by the picture I'd say it's been reground in the early 1900sBeautiful is important, but when all is said and done, you will always be faithful to a good shaver while a bad one may detter you from ever trying again. Judge with your skin, not your eyes.

This one reminds of an old Marsden I have as to time period. Some good info on the pressed scales here.

I suspect you are right…looks like it started life as a wedge and is no half hollow….
