I like the weight of a 7/8. I don't own one but have honed a few up. I should put one my Christmas list. I think they shave a little easier.

Thanked: 0i love larger blade but i have a "very designed beard " (i don t know the english terms ) under nose and under mouth.....7/8 blade could be a problem for finishing and designing the beard?

I find if i need to do some touchup work on the Goat Tee....i break out the 5/8. Other than that im using 7/8. I just purchased a 6/8 and am eager to try that out.

I'm gonna be moving up from a 4/8-13/16 rotation to a 9/8 blade.. Now THAT's gonna be a jump lol. There shouldn't be any difficulties, just remember to adjust the spine lift for a proper angle.
