The razors are both sourced by Wojtec (Open_razor). There are lengthy threads about the logo/non logo razors and the ease/difficulty of getting them shave ready. The blade on the logo stamped ones are a little narrower and hone up more quickly. The non-logo razors have a slightly wider blade (about 6/8) and take a little more time to get shave ready.

They're both good shavers. The wider blade (no logo) is a little heavier and is better balanced to the stainless scales. Yes, all seven of my
Wapis have stainless scales.

FWIW, I shaved with a Wapi the other day and the shave was excellent.

If you use care with 'practice' honing, you might end up with a very nice shaver.
