This is an awesome and wicked offer at the same time!
My wallet is shouting: "DON'T!!" Well I might be tempted. I am certainly not into expensive scales of rare or extinct species. Olive wood scales is fine for me. There might be some regrinds lying about in the Maestro's workshop: they would be an affordable option.
BTW: B&B's 80 le Grelot vintage blades were sold out in a few days!Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.

Thanked: 9These le Grelot blades were very nice but not really custom. Considering that not so long ago Joe was offering customs for very similar prices...
Cheers

IIRC B&B's le Grelot is cheaper than the Maestro's regrinds.

Yes, I am interested.
6/8 or 7/8 half hollow.
A nice smile.
Spanish point or notch point.
Wooden scales.
I don't need expensive scales. The blade is most important. And those who want special sexy scales can always have them rescaled.
Being practical, I'd choose ATS unless the damascus was affordable.
It IS funny though. Only this afternoon I was thinking 'Hm, I wonder if anyone ever proposed a Livi group buy'.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 1I don't know what's worse: the fact that I want to save up to buy a TIPTLE or the fact that whenever there seems to be a bit of money in the bank, some sort of custom comes up...
The handle on the shavemac works like a charm, Padron, I went back to my rooney stubby 2 and it was just... yuck... put her back into the cabinet

Thanked: 6I'm in deep
Just when I was hoping I had my RAD under control, I find that not only is SRP back up but a Maestro group buy is in the works.
Oh well, no use fighting it. Please count me as definitely in.
I like the idea of a French or Spanish point since I don't have either of those yet but really like the idea of a sway back too. I don't have too much of a preference about size but like something around 6/8 or 7/8.
No matter what is decided I'm really looking forward to this! Thanks for putting this together.
