I agree. At cost? I say make it as nice as possible and find the money! It is exactly like getting a ferrari at factory cost! Yeah it might be expensive but if there is any way to do that wouldn't you rather get that than a Fiat?

you can put ivory and gold scales on a Wapi, it will still be a Wapi

If Livi decides to put pine scales on one of his blades, It's still a Livi, and you'd be a fool to change it.
