    Beautiful! I was just talking about the Lancet to a member too

    Scales are ivory, but I am thinking that the balance must be off as they are very thin and these blades aren't the lightest? I find the antique ivory scales balance the hollow grounds better

    Anyway - if you decide to sell one of these I'd be interested

    I'm pretty sure i'll be keeping all the ivory ones. But i'm think about selling the one i got from C Utz a while back in the near future.

    As for the balance point it is around the "FF" in sheffield. not too bad and it is quite comfortable to shave with

    As promised but a bit late...

    here are some side by sides of one of the ivory mappins (#7) and the black horn scaled one. the one with the NOTICABLE Point, Bevel and hone wear, in the pictures, is the horn scaled model.
