    I totally agree with Lynn. I have yet to hone and shave with an American made razor that I did not like ( vintage)

    Wow, I just looked back at when this thread started, before I made a post. It is amazing the knowledge and insight that exists on this forum that endures and helps lots of us newer folks!

    I have only one American razor, which is a Burrell Top Flight, acquired from and honed by a certain Idahoan on here. He said, trust me it's a great shaver, and man, was he right. It is perfect for my face and beard.

    I have three Torreys, and they give real smooth shaves, even on one pass weekdays. They are my favorites.
