I scaled and sold a 7/8 Spanish point, I have a 8/8 of someone else’s going into some nice scales tomorrow, I have another 7/8 coming that I will be keeping and a 8/8 that I will be scaling and selling. The 7/8 I sold shaved wonderfully. I honed it down to the 8K Norton and then gave it 30 passes on some 0.5 chromium oxide then strop. I had two days of beard (I was a 7/8 stainless virgin so I was saving myself for the experience). Two passes and it was BBS and I had one of the best shaves I have ever had.
