I love my Wapi (unstamped.) The only drawback I find is the heft of the scales.

my first straight was a wapi, i think it is stamped, it has a triangle with sfk on the inside if that is what "stamped" means then it is a stamped wapi

I'm just wondering what indications there are that the supply of these great blades is drying up... My sources tell me they are still plentiful in Poland if you know where to look, but they may be idiots...

I also fell under the eastern block charm of the lovely wapenica. She is the trabant of razors... Therefore wapi =trabi! I ordered mine from "the invisible edge". Steven apparently still has some and is selling them shave ready for a nominal price, considering all the fuss around this razor. Can't wait for it (together with another razor...) to get here and I can try it out. Let's hope that my wapi-trabi/ trabi-wapi is all she's suposed to be...
Maybe I should get myself a couple more...
ARGH! RAD and WAD...

You will be amazed at the value received for this razor. I used one of mine this morning and it yieled another close effortless shave. I rescaled this mornings shaver in a dark wood and it looks great. However, I will leave the other WAPI as is as a tribute to its functionality.
