    blade. the good ones have nothing on the blade, and sometimes have a chinese pictogram embossed on the scales. sucks that you had bad luck with yours, mine have been pretty good. who honed yours?

    I honed all three. The first one was great - the last two were a pain. I'll try again.

    i had to spend a lot of time setting the bevel. also, the shoulder is too big on some of 'em and you need to dremel it down, otherwise the heel won't ever get sharp.

    I did some aggressive honing and one of the two infidels gave me a very good shave. I have to tweak it some more but it looks like they weren't a waste after all.

    some are okay, some are so warped they only touch each other at two or three points
    they're like WalMart model car snap-together kit cheap

    mine has 2 arrows forming an X on the front tang
