Gimme a Duck any day over a Dovo. My skin prefers the Duck.

    A Dbl Duck.

If, however you want a simple, easy to care for shaver, then the stainless Dovos are also a good choice.

Everything's relative. I'm still searching for a Napoleon.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

What about a Friodur? How does that compare to Stainless Dovo?

Since my original post, I've got about 6 ducks, maybe 7, who's counting, Goldedege, No 1, Dwarf, Satin, I have a few from Bob Keyes, they look like ther were never used. Are they better shavers, I don't know. They're nice to look at it. I took out my Livi the other day. It's not in my normal rotation and everytime I do, it's "WoW" What a great shave. Now, Nelson or some of the other guys may feel that way when they take out a prize duck. It's a personal thing. A lot can be said for your preperation, as to what kind of shave you'll get. Before you sink 200 for an Ebay duck, or 300 - 400 for a restored duck from somebody's site, I'd just get a nice Carbon Dovo, You won't be disappointed. As far as the Ducks giving a better shave, for me, it's no. To be sure, I sent a Goldedge to Lynn for Uberhoning. We have to wait for the results. I guess when it comes to what type of razor for what type of person, it's a personal thing. Lately, I feel that my Wade and Butcher's are superior shavers. I read a post on here where I guy said his best shave was from a 4.98 razor he got on EBay.

I have dovos and ducks. I like the ducks. They just feel better on my face.
