Thanked: 174I think certain razors take on a cult status at which point it doesn't really matter what the facts are anymore.
The Dubl Duck razors have taken on this status. They are expensive and I think they have got to prices were they no longer represent value for money as shaving implements. But as collectors items, as long as demand remains, the price will stay high and may even go higher. Given the state of the world economy and the tough times that lie ahead, it surprises me that people can still afford to pay such prices. Well I wouldn't choose to spend my money in that way but we are all different and it is a free world.

It is interesting to see that our censor program turns Bruno's **** to **** but leaves Johns' crap intact! I'll have to remember that the next time I want to emphasize a point with a little old fashioned profanity.
But on a serious note, this forum is great about people disagreeing forcefully with no one being banned or assessed a point penalty or receiving pile on slams from moderator worshippers, so I do hope John keeps speaking his mind and whoever disagrees with him keeps on disagreeing. There is a lot of knowledge here so very little risk of anyone being sent in the wrong direction, so everyone should speak their mind as they always do and shrug if someone chops them down.
