    Default Information On This Razor

    I have had this razor for 20+ years. It was my grandfathers and I recently rediscovered it. I am trying to find informaiton about it. How old, is it any good quality, should I have it restored and is it something I would enjoy using, etc. I have taken a couple pictures of it. Anyone with knowledge, I would be happy to hear from you.
