    Default Antique store treasure

I bought a Wade & Butcher"Celebrated Sheffield" for just under $25 today. The scales are cracked but still functional. I'll post pics when I get them. Any tips on making new scales for it?

If you like the old scales, you can always use them as a pattern for making new ones. Don't be afraid to take as much time as you want sanding your scales to get the shape and grain you are looking for.
