    Default The Spike

I picked up a little 4/8 Spike at a junk shop Sunday. It is pitted and it looks like a chew toy for a puppy but the scales are in great shape, no rust any where and a small nick to the blade that was bread knifed out.

120 grit dremel flap wheel and we got ourselves a blade.

Shaved ok this morning needs to go back the the hone for while. $8, what a bargin.

I'm sure a little 4/8" spike would be PERFECT for beard edging and little touch ups. $8 eh? (Yes, I'm Canadian ) Can't go wrong with a price like that!

    Nice score.

I picked up one of those for $10 and it's a world beater.

I have a Bowdins 4/8 spike point wedge. It's a sweet shaver and one of my favorites.

    Great score for $8
