Thiers Issard and Dovo are the big ones. TI is very good, though their QC has been poor lately. Still my favorite brand though - I love the way they shave. They've supposedly bought some new equipment that will improve QC (their old equipment was apparently nearly a century old), and if the new Silverwing razor is any indication they're about to improve tremendously in this regard.

Giesen-Forstoff I think still makes razors. I think they make the Fromm and Timor brands, and possibly the new C-Mon's that are floating about.

Henckels still makes Friodurs, though it's possible that Dovo is making them under contract.

You can still buy new C-Mons, but they aren't what they used to be. May actually be Dovo or GF made. This is actually pretty standard Solingen fare, Dovo made Pumas for awhile.

Heribert Wacker makes his own razors under the Jungmeister label, and also is restarting Dorko production (he used to work at Dorko back in the day).

Boker has restarted in some capacity. They are using Heribert Wacker for now, but supposedly retraining their own guys as well.

And Revisor is back in production again.

Then there are the low-volume custom or semi-custom makers like Livi, Williams, Chandler, Ellis, Zowada, etc.
