    Default California Honing?

    Does anyone know a person or place in the LA area that can put a decent edge on a razor?

    I don't live in Cali, so no clue, but with all the folks on this forum who could put a perfect edge on a razor for $15-$50 depending on the blade, why not just do that?

    BlackStangAl is in Cali, but I've no idea where abouts. He's real good at honing; I've had a number of blades of different styles from him and all were supurb.

    Heavyduty is in CA, and offered honing services, but he has not been around much lately.
