One option is to do it yourself. Everybody has to start somewhere. Doing it yourself is a mixed bag of course. On one hand, you can see the potential in that first razor from across the room, and if you are adequately patient and careful, the results of your first resto could be stunning.
On the other hand, if you mess it up, you've messed up a real treasure. Personally, I'd buy some hones and polishing materials, find some good scale blanks, and go to town.
