Beautiful razor, and looks like it could be a great shaver. Absolutely stumped on the name, though I used several references. My guess is that the Querelle name is the merchant seller's, not the manufacturer, and it looks to have been made from the mid to late 1800's. Too bad about the scales, but old ivory is prone to cracking.

"Querelle A Paris" - I think, it is not the manufacturer, it is the seller. The trading house, shop in Paris.
I had the similar razor "Leclercq A Boulogne". Leclercq is very old and known shop in French city Boulogne-sur-Mer. And the razor has been made by French company Pradel. The company exists since 1812.Alex Ts.
