    Default Utopian's Honing Service

    By now, pretty much everyone must be familiar with Utopian's free honing offer. I sent him two razors, one Wade & Butcher and one Torrey. The Torrey was in pretty good shape but very dull. The W&B was pretty rough and had a couple of nicks in the edge. Both blades came back looking almost brand new. I shaved with the W&B yesterday and the Torrey today. I have to say, both blades are impeccable! I would recommend his work to anyone. Utopian is making this offer to develop his reputation as a honemeister. If I'm just not looking in the right places, I apologize but I haven't seen a lot of feedback and I feel he certainly deserves it. So come on guys. If you've been satisfied with his work, give him credit. Thanks, Ray for the great service!

    Good for you! I'm glad to hear RON is getting Props.....They are well deserved....
    I've been wondering where these posts have been.....

    Its been my experience that if you dont ask for it you wont get it. Getting a thankful PM is common but you have to ask a person to post.

    Ive posted on a couple just mentioning how good of a job he does, but this, i think is a way better way to spread the good work of Utopians service and skill. Hes sharpened my dads dovo and he says it shaves great, I am still waiting to get my Elixio back so i can enjoy a well honed blade. Mas props to Utopian!

    I've not used his services myself but I sure am thankful that he's helping the community. I figured his work was top notch, but it's nice to hear it publicly. Thanks for sharing
