It took me a little, but I figured that they add back in some to compensate for Paypal and CC fees. The discount works out to about 14-15%.
Then there is the currency exchange. If you by more than 500 euros worth, you get a 5% discount and free shipping.
I am kind of seeing 0004, 0019, and 0020 in my future.
If you don't like the scales available, I was told they could put those blades in any of these scales:
I wonder if they would sell any

OK, well I got the price breakdown from Revisor:
The #10 (98,00 Euro) is 82.5 Euro.
The #20/#4 (130,00 Euro) comes to 109.25 Euro.
They charge a 5% Paypal "tax", and for two razors they charge 15 Euro shipping.
Right now, I'm pretty much decided on a Revisor...thanks for the advice guys. I can't figure out why Wacker haven't responded to my email...I'd buy one of their big blades in a minute if they would just let me!Last edited by JimR; 07-14-2009 at 05:50 AM.

I agree, most Customs would be out of the picture at the moment. One other member here on SRB, also based in Japan, recently offered a Custom Joe Chandler with French point for sale, but that might have earned you more then the "Laser Beam-like" stare..
As some other members have pointed out, a 1/4 Le Grelot might be nice, but so might be some other rasors on rasurpur such as historical straights from the 1920's with 6/8 to 7/8+ blades or historical TI's.
Additionally, I can recommend you to have a look on the website of The Invisible Edge, they offer some nice vintage & shave ready rasors. The link to that section is Shave-Ready Vintage Razors

Well gentlemen, I've put in my order for a 6/8 Revisor shoulderless with a thumbnotch and a worked spine (6-0004). I'm so excited! While I was at it, I threw in a Loom Strop...just because Jimmy and Olivia both said they're awesome. Woo hoo!
I actually was going to go for the Le Grelot, but Martin is on vacation until Aug. 9, so...yeah, why wait?
