No, it just took less skin stretching

Day 3 update. Damn razor, cut so clean I could not shave on day two. Had to wait two days before I could use it again. Boy is this thing nice. The second run was less intimidating, more comfortable using the huge razor. I really like this razor.

Wow, beautiful razor you got your self there from Joe. Congrats!! And thanks for the pics. How does she shave?
I like the longer tang as well as the long trigger (the monkey tail, but we call it trigger here..) He seems to do that on most of his razors. I got a Chandler myself couple of months ago and she has the same long tang and tail/trigger. Am loving it!

But back to yours: Absolutely beautiful! Well deserved also!

Default My first Chandler and custom razor

    My dear Cannonfodder,

Congratulations on all the good things that have happened to you recently, but that Joe Chandler razor must be the best thing that has happened to you.

Congratulations also to Mr. Chandler. That razor is a work of art.

    Regards,

    Obie

She shaves like a dream. That tang is so long you can put 3 fingers on it with space. It is almost to long actually. You have to watch yourself, you may move the blade and take off your nose because it is so much longer than most razors.

Since I got this one, I added two Robert Williams to the stable and have another Chandler in the queue. Now I just need a Livi to round out the trilogy. A Zowada would be nice as well but one step at a time.

My Chandler looks exactly like yours except for the spinework and spacer, and man oh man does it shave great! Sometimes I feel like I'm shaving with an axe though because its just so damn big (9/8)

Here is the Chandler I won from SRD. I have 4 or 5 shaves done on it and it is still wiping the whiskers off like Grant took Richmond. Actually has become one of my favorite razors.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Looks nice. Used my Chandler this morning.

My latest custom is a Robert Williams Spanish point in abalone. Looking forward to my next Chandler.
