    I mentioned earlier a change to PEARLduck lol. For that very reason. Glen also mentioned the Vesiuvius lol.

    How about "Carbonedge?" That's consistent with the "Goldedge" monicker, though I'm not sure if that would exude a keen, clean edge of a straight razor.

    Along the lines of BKratchmer's Edgar Allen Poe reference, how about The Raven? The blade inscription could read "Nevermore."

    Kind of like the black barber hone that comes in a black box, called The Raven. I've wanted one just because of the cool cosmetics of it.

    Or, if we had to stick with duck-like creatures, The Black Swan?

    Now that has a nice ring! I was thinking of Bürger's German epic, but Poe is a favorite of mine... and seems very, very fitting. Didn't the ape use a straight to kill the women in the Murders in the Rue Morgue?
