I just got this on ebay. Anything look to wrong about it? I couldn't make up my mind if it looked like someone had carved 1/8 inch off edge, or it it's just got an unusual look. thoughts?

You outsniped me here! Seems a nice blade. I think it is a nice razor. I have wondered whether it might have a slightly frowning edgde, hard to see.

    CONGRATULATIONS!

    Gentlemen,

This is the first I have heard of a Dorko straight razor. Can one of you experts shed light on its history?

I think that is a good looking razor.

    Regards,

    Obie

you got it Kees! slightly frowning edge. and some honewear (to be expected). But it's in nice shape otherwise (to my not particulary expert eyes). Looks like I'll be spending some time with my tape and shapton 1k trying to even out the edge.

Still wondering if the blade had little bit of edge removed (the round point doesn't seem to finish the semicircle. But for the price this will be fun.
