I have a 6/8+ W&B special that came in a dark green box that says Wade & Butcher Corp Jersey City - N.J. USA.
The blade is in pristine condition but unfortunately the scales are damaged.

Jacob Wiss Cutlery Co. was based in Newark, NJ from ca. 1848 until 1885.
    J. Wiss & Sons was also based in Newark and was operational from ca. 1885 until 1969, when they were taken over by Boker.

I found only two manufactures in Jersey City: William Gilchrists and Durham-Duplex(W&B).

A few months ago, I picked up a few razors in a package deal from another hobby forum. One was marked "R. Heinischsons works" and below it "newark, nj." Its 5/8"

I honed it myself, though it could use a restore job. Pits and stains here and there, but a neat little razor still.
