Le Grelot 6/8" 1/4 grind
So, have all the [new] 1/4 grind Le Grelot 6/8" razors all gone? Can't find any at Martin's or Classic Shaving...

The last Le Grelot 6/8 is on it's way from Classic Shaving to Norway

Can't tell you how heart-broken I am right now at hearing this.
I've had one since June (approx) and it's really very good. Thought about getting a second, but...
I do have the option of getting a 3/4. How do they compare? Obviously they're not a wedge, but do they shave a heavy stubble as close as the 1/4?

Thanked: 1903I happen to have one, but I also have a Dorko 300. It shaves in a very similar way. And it can still be had as NOS. Bit pricey, but very nice.

Indeed - but I think it is way over-priced, especially if you pay with PayPal using a credit card

Yep, exactly why I was asking - to see if anyone has experienced this in practise.
