I have one #10 too and it's really awkward to strop it. I don't use it often, I believe that this was meant to cut hair and maybe the mustache, not the entire beard.

I know that the usual belief on this blade size is that it's not suitable for shaving the whole face , but I would say that my own experience would say that this may be just another generalisation that does not necessarily apply .
After all most barbers will shave you with a very light weight shavette & there are a lot of people who are very happy just using the Dovo shavette.
This razor has a better balance for me & is a little more forgiving than a shavette .
