They can be had on ebay for less than $15, but you will need to hone it or have someone do it for you. I bought three from ebay and that is all they needed to make them usable. You could get a bad one I suppose, but I didn't in my small sample of three. If you want to play it safe or not hassle with honing then buy from the guys mentioned above.

lets say $18 for razor. $3 to ship to get honed. $20 for honing service. $3 return shipping.
$44. And if you need more work done(like to redrill pivot, correct heal,etc...), it may be a bit more.
That is basically where the difference in price comes in.
