wow, I didn't expect such a fast and helpful response from everyone. I'll try to answer everyone's questions in one post...
So far I have not found what I'm looking for yet, I have gotten a pm about a 4/8 but I'm waiting for some pictures.
Scales don't matter cause will just make new ones if necessary and stationary or folding would do fine.
The blade pictured above is pretty close to what I'm looking for but I would have to grind the point down to look a like an exaggerated Spanish point so I can get up under the fingernail (this is also why I'm looking for a narrow razor).
Ultimately I wouldn't mind having one for home and one to put in my desk at work but I'd be happy enough with one
and just so you guys got a better idea of what I'm working with here...

Baron given the small areas and contours you need to work around I'm wondering if one of those head shavers would work. I'm thinking about those things that have finger holes and you hold using a few fingers only. I've never used one so don't know it's width though. Have you checked one of those out yet?
I found a pile of 4/8 and a few of them will easily become 3/8 after I hone out the chips (part of fleabay lots that went right into the "needs work" bin). Even if you get one right away, I still want to try to make a blade that's 3/8 and a tad under an inch long, so I'll have at least one headed your way in a week or two. I'll PM for your address then.
