    oh wow, i can totally see the difference there. il pay more attention to the width of the blade on my future purchases.

    Don't worry about the width. Those are the same 5/8 width, but with drastically different grinds. I suppose the moral is that grind makes more of a difference in weight.

    1/16" difference in blade width will probably be overshadowed by other differences such as tang design, blade length, scale weight, blade grind, etc

    between three otherwise identical razors, you may find that the 5/8 will shave under your nose a tad more easily

    I personally find the larger sizes hold an edge longer with my technique as some finer 4/8 5/8 ths seem to be a little light for me.

    I love 5/8 too. We should have a razor club for all 11/16 and under blades. I'm tired of looking at all these cleavers
