This thread is 5 years old. I'm not sure the vendor posts here much these days. In any case why not just contact the vendor and say hello.

Shipping from the UK for something like a razor usually costs about $35 and takes about 2 weeks depending on US customs.

I got my TI's from him in about 5-7 days, which is quick for shipping from the UK. Also, shipping is already factored into his prices on his website to make it simple. What you see on there is what you pay, except whatever taxes are added on for international purchasing.
