Unfortunately Tony Capstick died about six or seven years ago. He is probably best remembered on this side of the "pond" as one of the malingering constables in "Last of the Summer Wine" which appeared on many PBS stations over the years.

Thank you very much for this video. The working conditions in most other industrial jobs were abysmal also in those days. Great times for the aristocracy, though!
