Well, for the kind of blade you're referring, it seems that you're talking about the Filarmonicas from Classic Shaving, no? Because the older Filarmonica are often 6/8 (the 13 model) or 15/16-8/8 (14 model).
In this case, the steel if harder than the older ones and in my opinion not as smooth, but other than that, it shaves great too.

Have you considered Palmeras? They are #14 7/8 blades but only portion of the cost of the Filly. Tanowa38(look on e-bay) from Buenos Aires has a few square points in his inventory but with black scales only.

I personally prefer the no 13 - I think it is one of the best razors ever made. If you want a no 14 square there is a NOS for sale on Badger and Blade (for sale by Akhorosh posted yesterday) at USD 300. This may seem expensive - but you won't easily find an NOS 14 cheaper than this.

I would not recommend buying a Filly, unless you really have that much money to spare. If you are going to get one, it's all a matter of personal preference about blade width and other stylistic elements (unless you are comparing the new to the old, in which case I prefer the new ones because they are stiffer - that is also personal preference).

    just buy them all

from somebody's pictures in one of the recent threads you can see that the barbas duras is more hollow than the doble temple. so you'll have to decide which one you prefer.
