Thanked: 0Philadelphia is in PA, abbreviation for Pennsylvania.
I was talking with my barber about it and he said there's an old church is St. Cloud, MN about an hour North of where I live that has swastikas decorating all around the top of the building and there was some protest post WWII to have them removed, but that's just because people don't realize that it's a much older symbol than the nazi's.
Come to think of it, I have an old sofa with a design on it that looks like a swastika.
This website has some good pics

My favorite would have to be the Edmunton Swastikas, womens hockey team dated 1916.

One thing to consider, while it might be worth something extra to some people because of the swastika you can never sell it on ebay with that marking.... regardless of when it was made. I bring that up in case you bought it and ever wanted to get your $ out of it.
As far as razors marked Prussia, I believe that Robert Klaas, for one, continued to mark his razors and pocket knives with that logo long after the unification of Germany but I may be wrong. I was wrong a couple of times before.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Think you're right there - the original swastika or 'crooked cross' had the trailing arms pointing left, not right as in the nazi symbol. The swastika spins on its centre, originally attracting the forces of light (sic) but old Adolf decided to reverse it and attract the occult dark forces - or so the story goes, anyway. Interestingly, in my home town there is a church with the left-handed swastika carved into a continuous frieze right around the outside walls - and it's been there a damned sight longer than when the third reich reared its ugly head!

Don't forget that the US 45th Infantry Division wore the swastika in the early part of the 20th century and was abandoned before the second world war for obvious reasons...

That is a fake 45th Infantry Division pre WWII patch. It has the Nazi swastika on it rather than the American Indian swastika. The Nazi swastika has the arms pointing to the right as seen on this fake patch and the American Indian one has the arms pointing to the left. There were quite a few razor scale sets made with the American Indian swastika on them. I will attach a picture of the real patch.
