I am hoping to find an in the bottle strop dressing or something normally found around a home that would work. THe hone/strops are in very nice shape despite their age-
I tried shaving with one after a couple of passes on it and it wasn't too bueno por nada
Will try again after throughly wetting/soaking the stone and seeing if I can slightly soften the strop a bit-
