I have a TI Silverwing test razor that is hard to hone. TI's David Loft told me they did have some problems with the tempering process and changed that.
My experience with hard steel razors is that you better use either pastes or soft hones without slurry to avoid microchipping.Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.

Thanked: 4I have this razor. Got mine from Vintage Bladed about two weeks ago. It was the last one they had in stock. I shaved only one time with it so far, but it was great shave.

Thanked: 267I have nothing to do with the one that is on sale at B&B for a pretty good price. Damn good price if you ask me. It is one of the original one if I am not mistaken.
Hope it was ok to post.
Take Care,
Richard
