Probably is. Cool razor and ought to be posted in the stub tailed shavers razor club here.

I'm sorry, gentlemen, but this razor isn't connected to Wostenholm family. According the stamp the razor was made by William & John Birks from Sheffield at the beginning of the 19th century.
Nice and very old razor.
