Default 150 Dollars for a razor. Which one?

I'm thinking of setting aside a max of 150 dollars from a sale I'm going to be making (hopefully) to buy a new straight. I have a few choices and wanted to see what you guys would recommend.
Here are the choices I've thought of:

Henckels Friodur 7/8 (meh, kinda boring looking IMO)
    Revisor
    Grelot from RasurPur
EDIT: I wanted to add this Gotta to this list as well
    Other

I'm also looking at a few razors on eBay that I really want, so if you recommend looking on eBay for a nice NOS blade, you can just choose that.

    Thanks

I think any of those would be a great blade... personally, I think Revisor makes some of the damn prettiest razors on the new market...

That said, I think razors tend to be razors... if you get my drift... so whatever one you like the looks of the most, go for!

I agree with Benjamin, go with whichever one catches your eye..! All of the ones you mention are good shavers, so go on looks! Hehe!

I like Grelot from RasurPur from this list. Also consider the fact that this razor is limited historical edition

When you are saying that the fridour is boring, are you referring to the spanish point or the round point one?

I have a historic LeGrelot and it shaves great, but I have also tried a Fridour and it shaves just as well. For me any of the two will be equally worthy.
In the end it's what catches your eye the best.

I've never used the Le Grelot, or Revisor, but I have a Zwilling 7/8 nos and it's plain but beautiful and a wonderful shave.

How would that be an advantage over the Friodur, let alone the Gotta?

Because I believe historic LeGrelot is been produced in much less quantities than Friodur, and Gotta.

I know you said "new" or "NOS", but personally, if I had $150 to spend on a razor, I'd get a used one off the Classifieds from a well-respected member here for the following reasons:

    1) I'd want to know that someone who has honed and used plenty of razors can vouch that this one hones easily. Some razors are much harder to hone than others, for various reasons. Of course, if you aren't ever going to hone it yourself, this doesn't necessarily apply.

    2) As far as buying used, in a strictly bang-for-the-buck sense, I'd reckon you could get twice the razor if you don't mind, say, the tiniest bit of hone wear or some minor cosmetic flaw.

[In the interest of full disclosure, I've only ever spent about a fifth of that on a razor, so these ideas are just for others to bounce around.]

I think the most I've ever spent on a straight so far has been about 55 bucks. It was for a mint Friodur in 5/8.
I'm working on my honing at the moment, so I do plan on honing any razors I get at some point in the future.
I think I'm going to check out a few razors on eBay that are normally too high for me to bid on, but are still cheaper than these options.
