Keen Kutter's are from Simmons. They were importers of German and English razors. Pretty sure the Keen Kutters are all German. All the Simmons I've tried have been great shavers.
I've also had a few KB's. No info about them, but they're great shavers too.

Why do you think, this razor was made by Witte Hardware Co.(founder Ernist Witte)?
Possibly the razor was made by Alexis Witte Cutlery Co.,1880-1930, New York City.
...or by Francis T.Witte Hardware Co., 1856 - (1892), Sheffield and New York City.
Difficult to say who made this razor, trademark "Witte" was used by several companies.Alex Ts.
