neverr seen a razor like that before not sure who made it. But of course the saying "Veni. Vidi. Vici." is the famous saying (in Latin) of Julius Ceaser after conquering the Gauls. "I came. I saw. I conquered." Being a military man you probably know this though. Anyway nice razor sorry cant help more.

if it is made by Carl Schaaf that would mean this razor was made before 1932.....

Does the razor have an inscription A.M. on the other side? I've tried to figure out what that meant...
