I would buy any vintage razor you've always wanted. If I had to pick one from the list you provided, it would be Dorko. Otherwise.... some huge Sheffield thing, or a really nice Puma, or a Fritz Bracht, or a Cmon or.... or.... or....
$275 is a license to buy pretty much anything on ebay or the classifieds; I would not restrict myself to new razors.

Thanked: 240Personally the historic le canadien with festooned back, I think it's around that price range.... I really should stop recomending these as I want one and by the time I have the funds they might all be gone.

Ah, perhaps I misunderstood "new" - to me, new means "one that I do not already own." Apologies.

Thanked: 398I just ordered a 7/8 TI Le Canadien from Rasagepoulin with faux mother of pearl scales for $270. I'll let you know what it looks like when I get it! He's currently out of stock for that one though.

Thanked: 398I don't know yet. Scott at Rasagepoulin sent it on Sunday so I should hopefully get it this week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I will post some pics/comments when I get it.

I always seem to get razors with something wrong with them. How is the quality control on TI?
Where are sources for Dorkos?
