Thread: What Is This?

What kind of razor is this! At first I thought it was a cut-down from a damage, but upon close look, it seems it was made this way. RIDLEY is the only stamp. There is a brass number 1 inlaid on the scale. There is no hone wear on the spine. It might be a mini wedge, or some sort of surgical tool. Scales seem to be horn and the spacer is lead. Very unusual cutter to say the least. Has anyone owned one? Thanks, RRR
