I'll add one that nobody seems to favor thus far. I just love shaving with my #132 Red Imp. Always seems to give me a great shave every time.

I have not posted to this thread yet because I have many razors that would fit this question and I do not favor one over the other. Some have more sentimental meaning to me such as gifts bit there are too many lo list as the best. I do agree though that Red Imps fit in that grouping. In the end, for most razors it is really how well a job of honing was done on the razor over any one brand in particular. Of course there are the a few that stand out from the crowd for one reason or another.

Thanked: 101I have a Frederick Reynolds (SP?) that just says "Sheffield" so I presume prior to 1880? It has horn scales and a lead wedge. It shaves very well.

After this morning, I'd say it's my new ERN "Master" For Professional Use.
Thanx,

Thanked: 96MASTRO LIVI
This is my Mastro Livi custom 7/8, Barbers Notch with Stag Antler scales. Great weight and balance. Shaves smooth as silk with no maintenance. I do 10-15 strop laps on my SRD modular horse hide just out of conditioned reflexes not because it needs it. Shaves as good as it looks.

Definitely my Rodgers 13/16 near wedge (the hollow ground in the picture is no slouch either):
