WOW
WOW that is an amaing start to any mans collection i think you got great start, RAD is starting early in you. Now you need to ship them out to someone to be honed or learn to hone yourself.

Thanked: 2Ya I was also going to ask the people here which one they think I should start out with, I really liked the clauss, but I have also heard that people should start on a 5/8 and I do believe it is a 4/8, umm any opinions and thoughts would be greatly appreciated, and I know nothing of these razors, so if anyone could tell me any history they know that would be well used in my personal razor book and knowledge for my future straight razor collecting and using.

sorry
well sorry that i can't offer some insite to razors but i dont know much about history of razor makers, as far as the best razor, the best razor is the one you are most comfortable with. so get them honed up and try them out and let us know what one you like best.

That is a very nice collection, I think it's all on you which you send off to be honed first and shave with.

Thanked: 993Lots and lots of people on SRP offer honing services. Classifieds section is a great place to being your search. Do a member search after that (top toolbar, "Community"), to see if there is someone offering these services in your area. Maybe a tutorial.....?
Good Luck,
Maxi,

Thanked: 2And I have an interesting question, does celluloid break down from moisture or just over time? It seems like the razor with the reddish black splotches on the scales is well breaking down.
