I don't think 'better' is the correct word, one is extra hollow, the other is about half hollow. The 'singing' label should only apply to the extra hollow one, but there really aren't either regulations, or competition to ensure it.

If you want extra hollow brand new razor you only have the dovo, and some wackers, and revisors. If you don't care about the grind you can look at the rest of the dovo lineup, the bokers, and the ti's. (actually there may be an extra hollow boker, i'm not familiar with their current models as i've got really good vintage ones.)
